All I will say is that if you were in the "republican form of government", you'd have little to object to.
But as long as you consent to the "democratic socialist form of government", you have no grounds to object nor revolt.

We undoubtedly enjoy a high standard of freedom in this Country---but it is demonstrably regulated. Those who slavishly worship at the shrine of individual liberty are often irresponsible, shortsighted, and hypocritical.

The mere claim to a "right" carries no guarantee that one will be protected / absolved of social, professional, and often legal, consequences. Without question, responsibility, if not good sense; is inherently expected of the beneficiaries of such rights.

Try issuing a threat on the life of the President, generate libelous tracts on a former spouse, spew invective at the meter-maid, sky-write obscenites above your city, tell the courtroom judge how you 'really' feel about his imposed sentence, deliver your protestation within the buffer zone of Planned Parenthood, curse the officer issuing your traffic citation, slander your boss, pay for and erect a profane (or simply controversial) Billboard, issue threats to your neighbor's delinquent brood, deliver a political screed in your military uniform; or use your right to free speech to incite a riot, entice a minor into your car; or the ubiquitous example: Try yelling "Movie!" in a crowded Firehouse! (okay....maybe not that one)

Our rights have been earned with blood, and sacrifice and lives. We maintain "rights" with due respect, restraint, responsibility and recognition of their fragile nature and profound importance----far beyond the self indulgent, petulant insistence of those who demand society make way for their propensity to act as a bull in a china shop. Many understand how we dishonor the sacrifices and reveal ourselves unworthy, with such juvenile exhibitionism and ludicrous claims to "absolute rights".

Quite possibly, because of the irresponsible; many may come to understand too late---few things are absolute.....or guaranteed.
The Free Speech clause of the Constitution means free of government prosecution, of course you can still get punched out for saying things or investigated if it may lead to physical/monetary harm - the Constitution can't control that (but the police can, for assault). That doesn't mean in no shape or form that absolutely anything is not open up to a debate from whatever angle anyone chooses.

Do not take it lightly. When you get down to it the Free Speech clause (and the right of private citizens to carry arms) is the absolute foundation of this country's success and everything else stems from it being enshrined and revered.

Here we go again.

Our resident nest of budding revolutionaries are tossing around cheap, treasonous talk one more time. Rooted in ignorance, motivated by hate and fear, lacking even the common decency to keep their seditious wet dreams to themselves, they're blabbing again...and again...and again, ad nauseum.

So...what do you Jr. Lenin's propose to replace our government with?

I think it's absolutely ridiculous and it stomps on our free speech. We should be able to discuss government overthrow all we want if the US is really a free country.
Here's the ironic caveat: You can't demand government protection of your free speech as you're overthrowing the very government that's to protect it. (Maybe a highly confused stoner could justify such twisted logic, LoL) If you want the U.S. government to have no applicability to your life, you reject everything it represents and stands for, therefore by default, you don't want it's laws.

Translation: by inclusion you've rejected the 1st Amendment, so if you want free speech then you'll have to defend your own 'rights'.

If you think you can defend yourself against the most powerful military force the world has ever known, I wish you the best of luck.

Ahhhh winning the House does not, a policy reversal create. There are the Senate and the POTUS, who are, as we might remember, controlled by the Donkeys.

Putting your bunch of corporate stooges back into office, rather than real Conservatives, does not a policy reversal create either.

There has been a coup d'etat for the bankers who have taken control of our nation. Scary stuff.
