This may not be the case in every State, but I know for a fact that in the State of Maine, going to a community college or other two-year school to obtain a vocational degree or certificate is considered "job training", and as such, the UE recipient can attend CC, collect what-ever financial aid they can get, and not only collect their weekly UE benefit, but they are also not required to show "proof" that they are actively seeking employment.
And yes, you have to tell the UE Office that you are either currently enrolled, or are about to be enrolled.
