If you don't have the aptitude, you don't get free tuition.

We'd just have to remove money from the war chest to fund it.
We can start by demanding standards in K-12 education first. I'm sure we have four year college grads who operate at the 10th grade level.

What else do you expect from the brain washed and the brain dead?

Are you serious? Do you think there are no standards?

I just don't see any logic in stating that we shouldn't help reduce tuition.

Our nation is giving the finger to a generation in order to support an agenda that values war and screwing over people for money.

Yes, we should end all war spending. If we do that AND eliminate government funded education, then people would have more of their own money to SPEND EDUCATING THEIR CHILDREN.

Yes, out nation is giving the finger to a generation in order to support an agenda that includes all forms of government spending and waste.

And if you want to reduce war spending, send a note to Obama.

Several, for example:
1- It is an ideology grounded in fascism.
2- Promotion of such ideology guarantees reduced participation
3- And reduced participation guarantees debacle for the prosperity of the nation, although politicians stand to benefit from it.

I don't think that college should be free outright. It's simply not feasible. However, I think it's not feasible for those trying to create a better society, our future doctor's lawyers, teachers, administrators, etc. to have wages stagnate and yet be more debt. It doesn't seem right. It seems off.

.

The best way to lower education costs would be for YOU to start a school and find a way to deliver the services cheaper. You are certainly free to do that in this country.

And by the way, millions of us have paid our own way through college without incurring debt and without rich parents.
