No. Prosser had his hands up in a defensive posture because Bradley came at him with raised fists. Bradley's charge at Prosser caused Prosser's hands to briefly make contact with her neck. If Bradley had refrained from trying to attack Prosser with her fists, the defensive contact never would have happened.

Self defense? That is a ridiculous story! Prosser could have just left her room.

Depends on where he was in the room. If Bradley was between Prosser and the exit, he wouldn't have been able to leave without Bradley trying to attack him with her raised fists - which is exactly what two of the judges said happened. I'm more inclined to believe those two than your wild speculation.

One of the judges even explicitly told Bradley, "You were not choked."

I think Prosser has a good reason to lie. We will see what the results of the investigation show.

Prosser does have a history of anger issues especially against women. This will come out at his trial, I'm sure.

I guess they're letting the nut jobs out of DU these days. What won't the left lie about to get some sort of "victory" in Wisconsin?

Seriously guys, YOU LOST multiple times and you're just gonna have to live with it for a while.

Does not mean that women need to accept Prosser's verbal and physical violence.

What about the two judges quoted in the Milwaukee newspaper? They said Bradley charged Prosser with her fists raised, forcing Prosser to take a defensive stance. Not very likely that they would lie; they have everything to lose and nothing to gain by doing so.

First you have to prove that it took place THEN you can act like it's real. Right now you're just making these sweeping accusations with no proof of anything whatsoever which is why people like myself are sitting back and laughing at people like you. It's a fact that the left is steaming mad about not winning Prosser's seat, the left is steaming mad about the labor unions losing their collective corruption rights and the left is steaming made about not being able to even try to recall Walker for a while. The left has all the motivation to lie and cheat as normal, Prosser has no motivation other than potential self defense from this liberal hag.

Oh, c'mon dude... you know that's not going to make any difference to some. Abrahamson could have blown a ten foot hole thru Prosser's head and he'd still be guilty... according to the needy.

“There was no pressure,” interrupted the justice who had initially broken up the incident between Bradley and Prosser. “That’s only because you broke us apart,” shot back Bradley. This exchange led several meeting attendees to believe Bradley was making up the charge, as they took her rejoinder as an admission that there was no pressure applied to her neck.
