In contrast to the proponants of junk science, who do not understand what constitutes a valid study, this ruling is perfectly accurate and legitimate.
I support the legalization of marijuana for medicinal and recreational use.
That said, I don't use it myself and one the reasons is because I have heard that THC stays in the fatty cells in your brain for years. i've heard it can cause memory loss and inhibit critical thinking skills.
I don't know how true those claims are, but it doesn't really matter as i'm not inclinded to smoke it anyway - what I remember from when I was a kid is it just makes me tired, hungry and self-conscious.
That's my choice and my reasons.
I think the medicinal use of marijuana for serious or terminal illness far outweigh those detriments.
I also think those who choose to smoke it for recreational use as long as they are of age and competent should make that choice for themselves.
I believe marijuana should be regulated along the same lines as alcohol with stiff penalties and fines for those who would contribute marijuana to minors.
I also believe those non-violent drug offenders who I have read make up approximately 25% of the our overcrowded prison populations should be released.
What right do you or anybody have to impose your sense of morailty on another or attempt to protect another from themselves - for God Sakes go after cigarettes then - fatty foods - extreme sports - flying - boating. When we begin protecting us from ourselves where do we stop?
and has anybody even cosidered how frightening it is to give up the right to make our own choices about personal behavior to government?

They don't really have a study, but if they did, I would volunteer my services and be a guinea pig! And I'm the #1 Browns fan, not the #1 source for weed! I would NEVER sell it! Not under the current circumstances! That's not to say I wouldn't grab a small sack here and there for my own use. But if you wanna chill and catch a game that's cool! Since you're in California where it's legal for medicinal purposes perhaps I should come out there! The Browns do play the 49ers out there this year! If there even is a season.

thats what it's going to take,!!! the country going belly up that is,, before they realize that pot should be made legal.. by then it will be to late to save the sinking ship..
