First of all I've seen the picture of Zimmerman in the suit all over the media. What are you people watching. Second of all Martin could be a card-carrying member of the Crips for all I care. He was unarmed, and Zimmerman was advised to stop following him. And finally this wouldn't be in the media because if Zimmerman was black he would have been arrested!
If Zimmerman was also black, this would be acceptable to Sharpton and James and they wouldn't make a peep about the injustice of an adult killing a "child", which I really don't agree with the term. Just because the government set a number to dictate status as child/adult shouldn't matter that much. There are 16 year olds that are more of an adult than some 25 year olds that still act like a child.
Blow is right about one thing: Black boys do face a much higher chance than non-blacks that they will be shot when they are “out in the world.” Black males between the ages of 14 and 24 were seven times more likely to die of homicide in 2007 than white and Hispanic males of the same age group combined. But the danger they face comes overwhelmingly from other black males, whose homicide offending rate in the 14 to 24 age category was nearly ten times higher than that of young white and Hispanic males combined.
Can Zimmerman legally dispose of his gun being that he has not been arrested or charged (yet)?
The police did not take his gun and wouldn't balistics have to check to see at what range he shot Trayvon? If Zimmerman was under Trayvon being beaten, where was his gun and how did he reach for it? Did Zimmerman draw his gun in time for Trayvon to see it? Is that why witnesses claim they heard "the wail of a chIld"? If Trayvon saw the shot coming, that would mean that Zimmerman could have stopped Trayvon without firing the gun. This is why a comprehensive investigation is needed and why the Sanford police department will have to answer for its mishandling of a crime scene.
Like I said, the fact that Trayvon Martin was shot by George Zimmerman isn't the national case.
The national case is a. he wasn't immediately arrested b. the fact that Zimmerman has a whole horde of defenders coming out of the woodwork with bizarre and absurd rationalizations for his behavior.
A and B indicate the fact this nation has a serious race issue.
The Obama Regime is already trying to cash in on this issue. They are selling Obama 2012 "hoodies" for a fundraiser. Liberals has no shame and will pimp out anyone for a few bucks.
Who goes out at 2am to buy skittles? I think that alone is pretty suspicious.
