Chicago has over 600 gangs and they have easy access to guns.
Gang shootings are starting to happen in the more affluent sections, along Magnificent Mile (shopping district) and at Lincoln Park Zoo. The crimes are coming out of the ghettos now and also working their way into the suburbs.
We've all read about the "weekend death totals" coming from Chicago. They have a real crime problem there.
