this is obviously before zullo got the message that the 1961 code standards contradicts his beliefs ( in the press conference he tried to pass off 1968 standards as 1961 ). soon after this zullo claimed that it was a special hawaii only standard that was used...... altho he's yet to prove such a standard ever existed or explain why he was then promoting national standards as his evidence.
another claim of zullo's in the tape is that the registration numbers were issued chronologically. this is contradicted by the birth certificates we have seen to date from kapiolani in august 1961:
the "WND Mystery certificate" came from a birth certificate that WND had posted but with the registration number redacted........... presumably because it contradicted their claim that the registration numbers were issued chronologically!
( the back of the birth certificate had also been posted and by adjusting the color levels you can clearly see the registration number, and some of the other info, bleeding thru ).
and zullo's claim that "prima facie" means "more information is needed to confirm" is complete BS. it means that it is legally to be taken at face value (b)unless(/b) there is solid evidence that contradicts it (..... and the CCP crap would not hold up as contradicting evidence ).
Well I agree there. If this was investigated from the get go, most likely he would have been out of office by now.

The great thing about America is everyone has a voice, and no one can surpress anyone elses voice. That's something I believe we should all celebrate, even when we don't agree 100% with some of the stuff we consider whacky. And really, what lawyer would take up such a case? This is the president of the United States. How the heck are you going to beat the guy who has unlimited resources at his disposal? He can hire and army of legal experts, surprise witnesses, forgers of the highest order, and so forth. He basically has the power to completely rewrite his history. How exactly do you beat that?
I'm not saying the birthers are on to anything. I am suggesting that even if there was a shred of truth to their suspicions, it would be next to impossible to find it. All the while, they will be made to be the laughingstock for the country.
Everything starts out slow just like Watergate did before it went national. The Maricopa Sheriff's Departments investigation has awaken a lot of people on this subject and this issue is gaining traction. Radio talk shows are highly interested interviewing the investigators of this case iand news sources are realizing this polarizing issue is a very important. The Maricopa Sheriffs Departments lead investigator was invited by ABC to explain more on how Obama's birth certificate is a forgery. It is very compelling. The interview was very good and balanced. Actually, precisely what a reporter should be asking of the materials presented in the Maricopa County Sheriff Departments press conference they gave on July 17th. The 6 minute report you are about to watch is something the White House can't be happy about.
The investigation as nothing but a sham from the get go.

the first press conference's "evidence" was a repeat of previous WND/jerome corsi articles ( including the claims of mara zebest ).
this second press conference is almost verbatim from an accusation made by "the daily pen" back in february...... to the point of using the same WRONG evidence! ( the 1968 codes instead of the 1961 codes)
