this is obviously before zullo got the message that the 1961 code standards contradicts his beliefs ( in the press conference he tried to pass off 1968 standards as 1961 ). soon after this zullo claimed that it was a special hawaii only standard that was used...... altho he's yet to prove such a standard ever existed or explain why he was then promoting national standards as his evidence.
another claim of zullo's in the tape is that the registration numbers were issued chronologically. this is contradicted by the birth certificates we have seen to date from kapiolani in august 1961:
the "WND Mystery certificate" came from a birth certificate that WND had posted but with the registration number redacted........... presumably because it contradicted their claim that the registration numbers were issued chronologically!
( the back of the birth certificate had also been posted and by adjusting the color levels you can clearly see the registration number, and some of the other info, bleeding thru ).
and zullo's claim that "prima facie" means "more information is needed to confirm" is complete BS. it means that it is legally to be taken at face value (b)unless(/b) there is solid evidence that contradicts it (..... and the CCP crap would not hold up as contradicting evidence ).
Again. Dr.Conspiracy holds no legal weight in his findings which are false. His blog is just that, a conspiracy. If Dr Conspiracy's facts were correct then it would be he who is getting invited on all these talk shows and news programs to talk about the issue. His absence confirms my assertions.
The great thing about America is everyone has a voice, and no one can surpress anyone elses voice. That's something I believe we should all celebrate, even when we don't agree 100% with some of the stuff we consider whacky.
Birthers are not just some endearing, "wacky," harmless pranksters--they continually waste the time of judges and of the lawyers who have to defend against these crap lawsuits, waste state and federal resources hearing these bogus cases, and clog up already overwhelmed court systems. They've harassed the state of Hawaii so much that the state passed a law to deal with the unending stream of birthers who are overwhelming their staff with inane demands. That's nothing to celebrate.

Is the White House worried about this type of thing? No the only people who care about the birther nonsense are the uneducated, tin foil hat wearing trailer park types who'd vote Republican even if the person was a convicted rapist. The birther nonsense alienates indies and the Obama campaign would benefit from that.

There was also physical evidence, and the crime occurred very recently during the investigation.

The government itself is a massive parasite of wasted resources. I don't think the birthers have squat on their level of senseless waste. With regards to Hawaii and their law... The other side will obviously make the argument that the state is trying to cover something up
I'm trying to view things objectively and avoiding picking sides. Looking from the context of history, many Germans were shocked to find where all those missing Jews could be found... Popular opinion of the masses have a history of being proven wrong.
