Why are all you RWs so concerned about this guy's "due process"? You were also supposedly similarly concerned about the 'rights' of Osama bin Laden and the Somali pirates. Where'd this concern come from, all of a sudden?
Was bin Laden or any of those pirates "US citizens" ?
And what does bin Laden or the Somali pirates have to do with the content of this thread and the film makers right to Freedom of Speech ?

If we've been concerned about all of these individuals due process, then your question and summarization that this comes from "all of a sudden", makes absolutely no sense..
Remember it was you left wing nut jobs worried about due process, but now not at all concerned, Gitmo comes to mind, or reading miranda rights to terrorists on the battlefield..
Yes, he is a criminal from egypt. Its a fact, not my opinion. If you are looking to bicker about something, you can bicker with someone else.
Then trying reading posts before you accuse them of falling for internet rumors.
The OP's post had nothing about him being arrested which was your comment in post #10.
Ok I could so pull this apart with current events but I don't want to throw this thread off into a tangent.
Mmmm. I'm not so sure you could "pull this apart"......from reading your posts I don't get the impression that you're that familiar with the justice system and procedures within that system.
This was a very simple situation. Convicted felon out on probation. His actions, which indicated a possible parole violation, were brought to the attention of the Parole Office overseeing his case. Bring him in for questioning. Just procedure.
So is someone here going to show how this guy made a YouTube movie without using a computer or the Internet? He must have used a computer and the internet which are in violation of his probation/ parole conditions, which is makes it perfectly ok for them to question this criminal.

Um..cellphone, iPod or digital camera for the video. Give the device to a friend who then posts it themselve.
There..HE never went on the internet. That's just one angle.
