Put them in the fictional FEMA Camps, then use them as experiments for the Chemtrails, that is if HAARP hasn't destroyed the ionosphere and the aliens don't destroy us all on December 21, 2012.
Or sign them up for the mythical civilian army everyone's so worried about.

Payroll taxes are NOT the federal income tax. Everyone who works and earns an income pays payroll taxes. The Romneys are no different than anyone else in that regard and are taxed no differently, so that point is moot.
The actual fact is that the Romneys paid a higher federal income tax rate than 95+% of eligible tax payers/filers in this country. The IRS data proves it.
Payroll taxes are federal income taxes.
that's like the 3rd. or 4th. time you've emphasized 95%, we all know willard is in the top 5.
he should be paying more tax on his income. Payroll taxes are income taxes. go ask a accountant.
The only difference is that an employee has ss and other deductions, whereas, people like willard pay a different tax, but it all goes to the fed as tax.
a certain percent of the population is going to be dependent on the government for whatever reason. You have two choices in that you can either support these people or let them fend for themselves. one option cost the tax payers a pile of money the other one would turn every major city in our nation into a third world country over night.
I would rather give the animals a hand out than have to live in a gated compound but that's just me........
No. Some people pay payroll tax but no federal income tax. Others pay no payroll tax but pay federal income tax. A minority of Americans pays both. Payroll taxes ARE NOT federal income tax.
...and yes, liberals, that includes big business leeches too.
The best way, IMHO, is to quickly adopt a libertarian economic policy:
Fastest way is to scrap Medicare and Social security. Divide up the amounts based on whats left/what you put in. . .I'm sure most people will get 25cents on the dollar if they are lucky.
If you make it harder to get benefits, then many families who legitimately need them will inevitably slip through the cracks.
The cut-em-off/bootstraps approach sounds simple and effective at reducing poverty, but is it really possible for all of the millions of Americans in poverty to join the middle class? I just don't understand where the money would come from. Even if each of them followed the Republican advertised method for success, starting an independent business, they would still need low wage employees, who would be in or close to poverty.
