That was an outright lie.
Par for the course for Obama.

In 2001, Oklahomans were warned that passing right to work was nothing but a scam. As a result of refusing to listen, many more manufacturing jobs left Oklahoma than came in. Right to work promoters had boasted that mainly manufacturing jobs would come in. Instead, what few jobs that did come were mostly low paying warehouse jobs. Unemployment levels of 2.9% have yet to return that were enjoyed before right to work passed in Oklahoma. These days, outsiders think of Oklahoma as nothing but a joke when it comes to trying to find a decent paying job there. Only a strong energy industry is saving Oklahoma from being a total economic wreck.

"Michigan is one step closer now to bringing more job creators and businesses to our state."The introduction of a right-to-work bill comes after the state's unions spent more than $23 million on Proposal 2, which would have permanently banned a right-to-work law in Michigan. Voters rejected the constitutional amendment change by a margin of 57 percent against to 43 percent in favor.
Immediately after the election, union executives defended their decision to try and guarantee forced unionism in the state constitution, but also began asking voters, business owners and Republican legislators to not pass a right-to-work bill because it would be divisive."

It gives a worker the "choice" to join a union or not join.

They are not forced to pay union dues......dues that normally go to Democratic candidates.
If you are a republican auto worker, your hard earned money gets used by people you'd never vote for.

But as a worker wouldn't you far, far, rather freeload off a union rather than give it money out of your every paycheck?

But what if the union becomes so weak that it goes away and the boss thinks what a good time to lower worker pay and get rid of their benefits?

But what if.... an asteroid lands on your head and there's no doctor around.

You can what if all day. TX is a RTW state and there are plenty of unions.

I'm hoping that all union workers lose their job and do something stupid to get their asses thrown in jail. It would serve them right for being dumbasses.
