Gun violence is a deeply embedded part of American history. How did America get its freedom, with guns. How did America defeat the Indians, with guns.
While most people may thing of guns as a form of personal protection and for hunting. There have always been those Americans who have sought to resolve problems and disputes with guns.
Maybe those people should go find another country. Give up your guns or get the hell out.
Violent criminals? Sure, kick em out, you won't get any argument from the gun nuts on that one.
The normal people who don't feel the need to have an arsenal in our homes are getting fed up.
And we vastly outnumber the gun nuts. So if we can get gun control on the ballot the gun lovers are in trouble. We have the right president to help us get it done and he is highly motivated now.
Well they are too, but I guess just based off my own experiences I've known many house moms that don't get out much to be very ignorant. My mother has told me many times how her friends are afraid when they go to Chicago, even on Michigan Avenue during the afternoon.
Well, Obama won close to half of married women, so I wouldn't make a blanket statement about that group. And in the Chicago area, I'm sure he won a majority of married women.
My apologies, I didn't know that you not being able to read the thread thoroughly made me arrogant. Next time I'll make sure to repeat what I've already addressed, just for you.
Or just try minding your own damn business.

That must be why there have been no gun homicides in Chicago. Oh, wait...

Chicago is one city, and it's certainly an outlier, statistically speaking.
Again, if you look at the states with the most gun control, you'll find that, on average, they have lower crime rates than the states where guns are more freely accessible.

Mind my own business? LOL, you initiated the conversation. I'm not going to ignore someone directly arguing with me.
