You have a problem with 500 million in loans (where most of it was never actually given to the company) but you dont have a problem with 4 billion dollars in revenue from the Buffet rule ? You dont have a problem with non VA health benefit programs not being able to negotiate cost ? figures

I'm all for it, but there is a budget issue.

Now think of this in terms of districts that barely can keep up-to-date textbooks. From where will that $ come?
It's a non-issue. Just ask every parents to pay for it. They don't want to pay, that's fine too, then there won't be armed police.

You are so narrow-minded that you can't even see the light. Since you can't stop mass murders, which way do you prefer? Arming teachers with AR15 or dead children?

Now I don't think we suggest we go that far. Repeat after me:"we need armed police at school."

Everyone pays taxes, not just the parents.

NRA's idea would have had more credibility if it also included a tax on guns to help pay for it.

The audacity of the NRA to expect a government handout to uphold the rights of anyone with a pulse to bear arms is a non-starter for a lot of folk, including many conservatives.

Have the House create and vote on a bill immediately for armed guards in all schools! Let the House also outline the amount of federal funding that will be allocated to pay for these guards. How do you think that will work?

Well the Wealthy can afford to have armed guards at their school.....maybe they fund it with the big tax cut Bush gave them....funny how all the Wealthy Worshippers are only concerned now that Obama's kids are guarded...gee, I wonder what the difference is????
