Don Nickles, former Oaklahoma Senator, tried to help his friend John McCain with a Constitutional amendment in 2004, to make the overseas-born children of citizens natural born citizens. It failed to pass.
Actually, it died in committee. Like 90% of all bills do.

No it's not Obama's case. Obama was born in the United States, Ted Cruz wasn't.

So many people regard the country as AMERICA, referring to America 'this', America 'that', America America America... but... BUT... now that someone wouldn't want a citizen to be qualified to be President it suddenly becomes The United States.
Ted Cruz was born in Canada. His mother was a U.S. citizen. Not only is Cruz an AMERICAN, he was born a U.S. citizen as his mother was a citizen - the same criteria I use to justify Obama's qualification. Like, he wasn't even born in AMERICA, just an island in the Pacific but to a U.S. citizen.

nothing in his post was "good". The only ones that are perverting the definition of Citizenship here are birthers. True facts? You've been caught posting lies from birthers. So you wouldn't know a true fact if it hit you upside the head.
It is Soetoro. The issue is not whether these people are citizens or not, the issue is Natural Born Citizenship, as a requirement for President of the United States. That is a very special category, which requires, born on US soil, to TWO citizen parents. Dual citizenship is a disqualification for Natural Born Citizenship because it suggest dual allegiance. It's really very simple, I don't know why so many can't get it right, including dopes like Hannity.
I don't buy that, if being born on US soil was what they meant, then why not just say "US born citizen?"
