because the right to marriage in Loving vs Virginia was based on procreation which unless you failed 1st grade biology you'll know is impossible for to members of the same sex.
It's also impossible for infertile couples, and elderly couples, yet they can get married.
Yeah yeah yeah, whatever dude. What ISN'T anti-semitic for you? That's the most interesting part of your being or something? As if you're special for choosing to believe in one group of fairy stories over some other group of fairy stories?

Reason: rude
It's why in particular, gay marriage is so easily analogized to miscegenation laws. The same and similar tired arguments raised by anti-gays today were used to support miscegenation laws decades ago.
the reason for miscegenation laws was to keep the "white race" "pure". gay can't have children so people who were in favor of miscegenation laws would be in favor of the insanity of "same gender" "marriage".

I know plenty of gay people with children. Including more than a few nice Jewish gay boys who have beautiful - biological through surrogacy - kids with their partners.
they choose to have homosexual relation just like a murderer choose to murder.
First off, you're off topic, because the question is whether gays have suffered and been persecuted. You're not denying they were, you're just saying that it's fine with you that they have been.
Second, nobody, gay or straight, chooses their sexual orientation, so having a sexual orientation is nothing like choosing to be a murderer.
Equal and same are two different words, in case you weren't aware. I am a redhead, which means I am not the same as a brunette or blonde; I am also Jewish, which means I am not the same as a Christian, Muslim, Atheist, etc. Does that mean I'm not equal to them?
I'll tell you, if you really are a Jew, particularly a Jew who knows 20th Century history, you should demonstrate great pause before hitting the Submit Reply button after writing your post.
No, sin is very clearly a religious concept - and remember, I am religious (semi) myself.
What you're talking about is morality or right vs wrong, and those are incredibly subjective concepts. Even sin is subjective, since my religion probably has different sins than other religions, etc.
gayisim is not a religion despite having religious dogmas. (like a person is born gay)
