There were many wars back and forth during those days. It was a bloody time. BUT no one has to go by those laws today. Stay close to the Ten Commandants and one can't go wrong.

Yes, morals need to be talked about openly but it has nothing to do with religion. Parents are fully capable of instilling their morals without religion being a part of their lives.

No, we should be against war as well. Obama is killing many with drones. I don't like what he is doing since it kills so many innocent people as well. Better to try to get them some other way and put them in prison.
But there are millions not religious. You don't have to be religious to instill values.
