I do, however, expect that hypocrisy from those who praise Dr. Carson to the heavens for his accomplishments while at the same time belittling the president by trying to claim that he wouldn't have gotten into Columbia or Harvard otherwise. Whether either man did or didn't have that advantage, the rules must be applied equally.
Then again, since the records are locked how would we know.

He's a lead black neurologist at top medical institution. That leads itself to some renown. Also one of his books is widely read at elementary schools across the country.
Liberals go on the attack when a Black person doesn't vote "the way they're supposed to." Recall the controversy when Stacey Dash pledged support for Romney, or the racist comments made towards Allen West and Herman Cain for simply being Black Conservatives.
When a Black person dares to have their own political opinions that stray from what's expected of them, they're called Uncle Toms and treated as traitors. How is that not racist?

Black Americans have made the largest political switch in American history by voting 85-90+% Republican when they stood for civil rights and equal opportunity to now voting 85-90+% for Democrats for currently standing for civil rights and equal opportunity.
If you're upset that Republicans get hardly any minority support, blame your party for embracing the 'southern strategy' and actively alienating non-whites because it was political advantageous up until very recently!

Oh he can say whatever he wants, he is an American and living in a free country, but when one makes an opinion public, one should be able to handle any criticism that comes from those opinions. The OP sounds like he was whining about being called out on a dumb opinion.
