Typical liberal hypocrisy.
I love how quick the Cons are to turn this into a race issue, this isn't about race, it is about a guy whining because people criticized his opinion.

Then again, since the records are locked how would we know.

Projection from the left strikes again.

Would it change your opinion of either man if you knew for sure?

I get a kick out of the lefties when they stupidly imply that Carson benefited from AA. Libs are racists when they ASSume that any black person cannot succeed without racial preference.

He's a lead black neurologist at top medical institution. That leads itself to some renown. Also one of his books is widely read at elementary schools across the country.

Uh...ok. That's the case in every field.

Either you can do the job or you can't. That's not exclusive to physicians.

so Dr. Carson decries racism by using racial phraising himself 'stray off/leave the plantation'

Hypocrisy much?

and shame on you for implying that the vast, vast majority of Black Americans who vote democratic don't have their own 'political opinions'! Are you calling 90+% of Black Americans stupid? How is that not racist?

Black Americans have made the largest political switch in American history by voting 85-90+% Republican when they stood for civil rights and equal opportunity to now voting 85-90+% for Democrats for currently standing for civil rights and equal opportunity.

If you're upset that Republicans get hardly any minority support, blame your party for embracing the 'southern strategy' and actively alienating non-whites because it was political advantageous up until very recently!

Yes, he was the first surgeon to successfully separate conjoined twins who were joined at the head.

"In 1987, Carson gained worldwide recognition for leading a team in the successful separation of conjoined twins. The 22-hour surgery was the first of its kind to separate twins joined at the head without fatalities to either infant."

Oh he can say whatever he wants, he is an American and living in a free country, but when one makes an opinion public, one should be able to handle any criticism that comes from those opinions. The OP sounds like he was whining about being called out on a dumb opinion.
