Sorry, nobody has ever died from a "marijuana" heart attack. Even people with pacemakers use it. Do you really believe 100% of the lies? Some of us can't get to old age without cannabis. Chronic unrelieved stress can cause heart attacks, & fatal heart attack is said to be the most likely "reward" for a control freak.

You only need to be moderate on things that are more or less toxic. Cannabis is 100% non-toxic.

Fat isn't the only bad thing about food. Consuming too many calories for amt of exercise is risky.
Many chemicals in most non-organic food, some radioactive. Organic not affordable for most.

Some people who drink too much really are not alcoholics, abusers not addicts. There are pills cheap & natural, that can reverse liver damage. Why won't govt/corp alliance tell us?

Not everyone who exceeds speed limit crashes.

People may not need to eat fish, or even take Omega 3 fish oil. Hemp oil (Omega 3 & 6 + more), might be best option. Can't be grown in US, can be bought from Canada for high price.

If Finn Jarber can even comprehend that, maybe there is hope at least a few in govt might be able to.

It seems initiatives aren't allowed in my state, if it is something that determines who has how much money. We could vote on gay marriage but not on cannabis.

Many of us thought you were the one who wasn't sober. You write like an 80+ year old DEA agent.

Let's recap: Marijuana users are criminals in most states, and marijuana use is proven to cause mental illness, psychosis and violent episodes. Marijuana is addictive, and marijuana causes serious heart disease and deadly arrhythmia. Decriminalization in Portugal led to increased use.

Seems like you disagree with nearly every valid study, as if medical experts are nearly always wrong. You should try going to Wikipedia & typing in marijuana & it will take you to article "effects of cannabis". Better yet try typing in cannabinoids on Wikipedia or You Tube & you will likely find something by medical researchers who specialize in this area. You could also type in cannabis cures cancer or something similar on You Tube to hear experts discussing what they learned.

If you go to Wikipedia, type in marijuana deaths & it will say "the page you requested does not exist".

Your supposed lack of interest in actual facts on this issue might seem to indicate that you have excellent health and if that should change you figure Docs & Big Pharma will have all the answers. You also feel you will never meet anyone who could benefit from cannabis? Does cannabis oil curing cancer seem like a bad thing to you?

Even several years ago, the anonymous PERF poll found about 40% of all police chiefs & sheriffs said it should be allowed for medical purposes. Those with less time in the business (younger) & lower rank & pay scale it seems would be even more likely to agree with the majority of the public, but about the most they can do is join LEAP (leap.cc).
The reason many are not very vocal on the issue is because they are still employed in the field and saying the drug war is a scam probably won't look very good with the higher ups (sgts,LTs, chiefs, et). This can lead to no promotions, being stuck on a bad shift, or can even initiate the 'target on your back' from a police administration. Trust me the old prohibitionists are dying off
