You can call it racist if you like. It won't dispel the truth that this young adult, they want to call a child was purchasing an addictive concoction.

I added the crime scene photo, #25, to show the can - it is watermelon and not standard tea.

4. Texts between him and Rachel that day that show they were fighting all day. Go to state of mind that night.

5. Texts where he talks about hiding drugs to take them to Sanford and buying more drugs in Sanford.
I know! It's hard for the non-RWNJs to realize this Judge knows waaaay too much about the law.

I didn't say that he didn't act suspicious, though.

Do you have the link with these texts?

Zimmerman's call to dispatch was conveyed in a low, conspiratorial tone.

State of mind being established: Comrade Hunter.

Hunter.

Cops don't talk like that to each other.

Zimmerman spoke creep.

Zimmerman spoke to the dispatcher in the tone of reporting a crime in progress, but in a way and tone, as to not "spook the prey".

Undercover man's conspiratorial tone with comrades.

The dispatcher read the creep-tone accurately, and advised, stay out of it!

Creep!

What does the acronym "RWNJ" mean?

One does not have to be an EXPERT on a subject to know the basics. Evidence has been presented that Zimmerman wanted to be a law enforcement officer, he applied for two different positions; evidence has been presented of his court of study at Seminole State College, which proves he had definitely been exposed to the topics of SYG and self defense in those courses if he received an A grade in one of them. And as many people have pointed out over and over, self defense and SYG is taught in the Concealed Carry Weapons classes, which I believe are required in Florida in order to get such a license or permit.

Yes, they never pursed charges on the Jewelry in his backpack. This kid was already starting a life as a petty criminal but was still in the juvenile system.

If he had not been expelled from school for the 3rd time, he would be safe at home today sleeping in his own bed and celebrating the 4th of July.

please expelled or not, no one even a kid that has been in trouble does not deserve to be shot and killed merely because he is walking home at night. besides he could of been an honor role student zimmer thought he was suspicious and followed and confronted him when he should of left that to the police.

I suppose there could be a problem with authenticating those texts were actually sent by tm, but I'm with you, they are definitely relevant.

I would add, the pictures of his physique are relevant. Not stuff like the gold teeth or giving the finger. The state has described tm as skinny several times. I think Guy even said in his opening the jury will see pictures of a dead tm and notice how skinny he was. Any pics of tm's actual physique within the time frame of his death are definitely relevant.

btw, ty for answering the question about whether the defense closing can mention the state not using the gym instrutor.
