We also know this judge will not dismiss. Waiting for closing arguments will not hurt anything.

I know, but itd be nice for them to see the judge hear this and be willing to continue to waste their time along with putting decades of a mans life in their hands, when it doesnt need to be.

This frickin' moron Mantei (sp) is arguing that carrying and pointing a gun is evidence of ill will.

Obviously, he's never heard of self-defence, stand your ground, make my day, whatever.
