What about the local motorcycle gang who ride together on Saturdays? Are they considered a "gang" and hence have "gang members"???

Making the soleact of being a "gang member" would pose far too many challengers to civil liberties. We could just say that any group of people who get together and commit crimes should be made illegal, but then again, I'm pretty sure it already is.....
I agree with this to a great degree, especially the way that it can be potentially abused, but if we can classify "terrorist groups" can't we classify "criminal gangs" to differentiate between a club, a clique and a criminal gang?

Maybe so, but how? What factors would determine if it were a gang or a club or just a group of people hanging out? What factors would determine when it crosses that line { the entire gang, not just rogue members } from being legal to illegal?

I'm sure it can be done, it's the potential for abuse that worries me. We all have a Constitutional Right to congregate, and that is something that can't be infringed upon.

It was something like $1,800. His accountant said that if in the following year he still was uninsured, that amount was going to double.

I don't know how true this is, but he said it happened.

I believe it because the IRS is supposed to be handling all of this.

Basically, the only way you aren't paying into the Obamacare machine, is if you either have a private insurer which will eventually be put out of business by Obamacare, have no income, or get paid under the table.

They're lazy. They admit that taking care of the gang problem in this country would be very hard and complex, so the easier thing to do is just blame the gun. What kills me is that they admit it within their posts, either inadvertently or willfully, they admit it.
They can fine and tax the hell out me then. I will do it just like Obama does... pay later, sometime after my demise IMO Obama owes us 17 trillion bucks. I see that as it's his turn to pay up.

I expect the first installments as soon as he gets back from playing gold in Africa.

i didn't mind the $100,000 trip until i found out he was coming BACK
