I don;t recall an author and friend ever being a witness, and also authoring a book about the defendant. Setting new ground here? It seemed strange the first time he was on the stand.
Are they making this guy their gun expert? His gun didn't have an exterior safety. So, one in the chamber, locked and loaded, makes George seem radical imo.......
You still don't get it that this is standard procedure and the way all cops or law enforcement carry.
Ut Oh...Holstering the gun? Prosecutor on fire so far.......my opinion. And, Police commands...Identifying yourself perhaps??
Unlike George.
Again with the "police" identification....Goes to Georges frame of mind, "wanna be" cop.
I really think all these "previous" discussions about how to shoot someone are gonna go against George.....including his "knowledge" prior to the shooting.
here is the "double" action....the mechanics confused me last week. But, CD'ers cleared up that it was locked and loaded, ready to pull the trigger.
I agree, this evidence of how often these two talked about how to shoot someone goes against Zimmerman. This guy is a little tooooo zealous and appears to have had enormous influence on George.

Millions of us who carry, carry in this manner.
I do get it. Just to clarify for you.........My point is...many jurors won't. Jurors may think having one in the chamber shows intent to shoot someone....

Exactly! Most people wait to cash in after the fact. I guess they wanted to be the first.
