I can believe that GZ has brain damage, what I question is if he had it as a result of TM or if he had it before he ever met TM. His actions that night suggest he had it before he ever met TM.

That's even worse, because I know I have made mention of the possibility that he could move his hands to his chest as he lay dying, whether consciously or subconsciously. It may not have been in the court room to this point because the defense has only recently begun their side.
