I'd like to see the logistics of that movement of the Chinese army in force.

just so the OP get the idea that maybe China is going to have a problem getting through Mexico and then they have to take on the U.S.

Yeah, have fun marching an army through Central America. We took a bus from Panama City to La Fortuna (Costa Rica) and it took very long since it had to go through the mountains and some parts of the rain forest, plus plenty of cruddy roads along the way. Good luck trying to get an army to make that trip, especially if it is known that they are coming.

If China tries to invade, then that would mean every ally we have has fallen, other wise they were stupid enough to start a 2 front war.

Either way, General Odierno takes Beijing in a year or 2, the Chinese government falls back to some mountain and we get that in 4 or 5 years.

I think this would be much more of a concern than China.....

China wouldn't make it all the way to the US. As soon as they get to Mexico and drink the water, exploding ass syndrome will rip through their ranks like wildfire.

It would be a big mistake.

I still think we should invade Mexico, since we already have so many of their people, and make it one big tourist mecca, sort of a really big Las Vegas on one coast and a family oriented entertainment area on the other coastline (Pacific Ocean vs Gulf of Mexico). It could be our next state.

That would then mean our new Southern Border would be really tiny and easy to guard and fence to keep out all of those Central Americans, South Americans and terrorists.

Plus, a really huge tourist industry would mean a lot of jobs for poor/uneducated people working in hotels, restaurants, driving taxis, landscaping, etc., and building the infrastucture (roads and buildings). Heck, some of our own unemployed could go work there.

Then, instead of China invading Mexico to get to the US (as it looks now), we could advertise in China to come to Mexico's Vegas on their next vacation, splash in the pools, breathe their clean air and gamble all of that new money they have made, buy second vacation homes...You know, make a buck off them to stimulate our economy.

Heck, Eric Holder could have a Gun Show where he could sell his Fast and Furious guns out in the open.

I see it as a win/win for us, the Mexicans, the Chinese and Border Patrol.

And China's obsolete armored vehicles Would break down in the mountains north of Mexico City. lol
On top of all that, can you imagine the logistical situation ? Probably every chinker chong soldier in the
Chinese army would defect & want political asylum in the US.

Mexico would just think they were illegal aliens from Guatemala & Brazil and lock them up anyway. Mexico hates illegal immigrants from anywhere. Go figure.........
