Would appreciate it if you condemned Joe the plumbers remarks like wutitz did earlier in this thread. Ignoring what he said means you are accepting what he says, which means you believe what he says.
Condemn his remarks and that'll be the end of it.
First you condemn the remark by Obama pal Danny K Davis. Would appreciate it.
Someone who no one had heard of until he was publicly critical of President Obama - which made him an instant darling of the right, as well as presidential material (in their eyes), even though he's never held an elected office.
As soon as they find out that Carson's pro- gun control, they'll drop him just as fast. Give them a little time.
chucksnee -- Post #33. There's Sarah in all her pitbull/hockey mom glory trying to b.s. her way through an interview for which she is utterly unprepared.
I don't have a cite, but right around the time he started to break open on the national scene, I read an interview transcript where he indicated that he sees firearms as a public health issue. I didn't realize that Carson would become so popular with the right; otherwise I would have bookmarked it.
But in a way, I'm kinda glad I didn't. Now it can just lurk out there until he actually decides to run for something, and then the Democratic oppo reearch machine can find and release it.
Apparently, he's also live-and-let-live when it comes to SSM, also.

Carson's position is similar to what Reagan's was, and nobody dumped Reagan overboard. The right tends to be more accepting of a diversity of opinion than the left.
We on the right don't demand lockstep conformity, unlike you on the left

No, Sarah Palin didn't say that...but she did say she thought the fact that you can see Russia from a little piece of Alaska meant she was qualified to determine foreign policy.
Which is crazier than what she didn't say.
Yes it was. It was also stupid to say that thing about Putin rearig his head...as if she would be there as the first line of defense to smack Putin down. I wonder if she would say that now, being that Putin has become the darling of the conservatives.

Well it helps being on the same page don't you think. That's the problem with the republican party right now. They are all over the place and have no unity.
