But he does play there by choice, right ?

that is about what I was going to say: I don't know of a casino that doesn't allow smoking at the bars. So any state with casinos would fall into that category.

Out of curiosity, what is an outdoor smoking ban? That seems odd to me. If you've banned smoking both indoors and outdoors, isn't that de facto banning of smoking altogether?

Anchorage has banned smoking in public parks. You can have barbeques and inhale all that fine burning charcoal all day long, but do not let them catch you lighting up.

Obviously this is not about health. It is only about control by fascist liberal freaks.

There are plenty bars in Philly that still allow smoking-but as was mentioned only 20 percent of revenue can come from food.

Just outside the city limits in Houston Texas (unincorporated parts of Harris County) you can still smoke in bars and restaurants.

The day they banned smoking on airplanes was the day American freedom died.

I don't know of any. In CA the bans have been in place so long that when my kids saw someone smoking in public when we were out of state they were shocked by it. That's not to say that they don't have friends who smoke now that they are adults, or that they haven't tried it, but it's really more of a "out of sight and out of mind" activity.

My dad has even told me about the time when ashtrays were available inside hospital rooms (ok, I agree this needed to be stopped).

So, if you live or know an area where smoking is still not seen as a vicious and disgusting act, please tell us.
Try Kentucky and you can get a bourbon to go with it.
