I don't think things will change too much, i for one will always be treated the same. I am a woman, mixed, was born in Oklahoma city, was raised in Germany and California. I am a citizen of the world, but I love America because it is my country.

I think the shift from the dominant position will affect white people with racist views. When they become the minority, they perhaps will hold the exact same views. When racist white people become the minority, their view will only be strengthened. They will become more bitter and perhaps start trouble. Well, they will perhaps feel angry because they have had their power taken away. Sad reality is that those stereotypical poor white racist people have never had true power, they just think they do.

It would be awesome if I can be Mr. Koby Bryant's neighbor (He also lives in Newport Beach where I live, but of course I never had an opportunity to meet him in person.)

This country is divided by class, not by race.

What I would hope is that one day, barriers to relating to one another can be torn down. I hope that the need to be politically correct ceases. I hope that we can abolish affirmative action.

I grew up with the Marines, I am not afraid of being a minority because I have always been one. I would love discrimination to cease in all forms for us all to bind together. I've seen with my own eyes that Hispanics, Asians, African Americans, white all fight on the front line in foreign wars. I've seen true brotherhood formed regardless of their skin colors. So it doesn't make sense we have certain groups discrimination against each other here in the civilian world.

If you don't understand power and knowledge, please read Michael Foucault. This is not politically correct for me to say, but the reality is that whoever has the money, says what’s right or wrong, and in this world, the ruling party is still white people. south Africa comes to mind.

I know South Africans if you are white in not in the ruling class you life is filled with terror.

Why should whites became a minority in our nation?

I would love to see people stop using their skin color as reason to deny people rights or demand something for nothing. But its mostly one side that does it in this day in and age and they are gaining numbers rapity..

I have seen their home nations and trust me you do not want them to replicate their failures in this nation via their politics..

Racism no, insecurity yes. I tend to believe that a majority hispanic population especially one that entered illegally that was never expected to assimilate into American culture that being the principles of the constitution and bill of rights will promote doctrine and laws that benefit their motherland over upholding laws of the land.

And if you say nonsense, then why is it common in central and south American countries to rule by corruption, disarm your opposition and use might to rule, lack of a middle class where there is only the poor and the ruling elite which leads to voting in more corruption like Chavez and the bus driver for example. Bribes and exploitation are considered the way things work, and individual rights take a backseat to majority whims?

I don't have all the answers my friend, I wish I do.

What I know is that the common belief of Americans imposes American values on others, does many immoral things against other countries is a total myth. I see Americans well loved all over the world. (well, with some exceptions of course)

I love America so much. What I am afraid of is too much socialism, too soon. I also worry about Militant islam in America, but then again, maybe I am thinking too much.

I wish somebody smarter than me can answer all these questions because believe me, behind closed doors, my friends and I have discussed economic and social issues many many times already.
