I think I heard that Gruber went to the White House something like 12 times..

if Obama doesnt know who he is, then he should be removed from office due to a mental disorder.

Then there should be no reason for GOP to pander for votes from the pro gay marriage crowd. Or is there some other reason? Are they simply becoming more liberal?

Will you support gay marriage and abortion by supporting them?

They dont pander for votes..

Some conservatives have always believed in gay marriage, they even went to court to remove the DADT unconstitutional while Democrats went to oppose its removal..

There is also the version which says majority of the people opposed the bill.

So, for some reason the minority of people had to be duped into supporting a bill they already supported, while GOP did not know what was in the bill, while the majority of Americans opposed it. And this is why it passed.

Gruber lied, so it must be true
Republican lawmakers were well aware of the details and consequences of enacting this law.

They offered amendment after amendment to ameliorate those consequences, but Rats voted them all down. Republican lawmakers were totally shut out of the process and, in the end, not a single Republican voted for it.

Conservative news outlets and talk radio covered it in detail.

People who were paying attention knew what would come to pass and there have been few surprises.

Those who just watched the MarxistMedia only heard them extol the virtues of the law. They rarely covered Republican objections over it and if they did, it was in a negative light. Obama was The One, after all.

Those who didn’t know had their heads stuck in the sand. It was there plain as day for all to see if they bothered looking.

The Republicans (aided by conservative media outlets) DID put out the word about what Obamacare was going to do.

Why do you think there were all those overflowing town hall meetings leading up to the 2010 election? People knew and they were outraged.

Lots of Democrats even stopped holding town hall meetings because they were besieged by angry constituents who knew what was going to happen.

If you didn't know, you weren't paying attention and that's no one's fault but your own.

So, they knew people would have to pay an insurance premium? Well, guess what, everyone else knew it too. Gruber might think no one knew, but if you are honest with yourself, you know Americans voters knew it. There was a premium before, and there was a premium after it. If you needed conservative media and townhall to tell you that, then I'd say you were the ignorant one. It would also mean you never paid for insurance before.

What the #ell are you talking about?
Who said anything about premiums?
The 'informed' were outraged about a lot more than paying premiums!

No idea what your point is.

Default Axelrod: ": if you looked up "stupid" in dictionary, you'd find Gruber's picture." Dems literally come apart w/ ACA.

David Axelrod Calls Jonathan Gruber 'Stupid' | The Daily Caller

Democrats are coming apart at the seams as Obama Lieutenant David Axelrod says that Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber is "stupid." Gruber is an MIT PhD economist, and is probably not stupid, but got in with the wrong crowd, including people like Axe.

The GOP got a great win in 2014, but right now need to exercise some patience and stand back while Democrats self-destruct. When the opposition wants to self destruct, get out of the way and let them do their thing.

Strange thing for Axelrod tosay.

Axlerod, btw, would agree with everything Gruber has said.

He just thinks he's stupid for having admitted it on camera.
