What about alleged sexual predator Bill Cosby? Do you folks find him guilty of rape in the same manner for which Darren Wilson has been deemed guilty?

I'll remind you that neither have been charged with a crime, but both are being held accountable for unproven wrongdoing.

It's a logical question and a test of your colorblind objectivity.
If he did attack Wilson wouldnt they have DNA proof???? If Mike Brown allegedly reached for Wilsons gun wouldn't they check for Mike finger prints??? Shouldn't they check for Mike DNA in the car since that's where he allegedly "attacked Darren Wilson"? Something doesn't add up to me but oh well the grand jury let the murderer with a badge go free.

As for Bill Cosby situation, I'm not so sure it happened. If he did rape those random women, why they waited all these years to speak out? A person with common sense would report someone right away when he or she just got raped by someone else. I think those women waited until he got too old trying to blackmail him for loads of money.

Default I LOVE when people assume that all people in a group have the same opinion...!

Reminds me when a reporter asked a Black woman:
"What do Black women think about Anita Hill?"

answer:
"I don't know. I haven't spoken to every Black women."

Well I hope you know the black population in this country is between 12 to 13%. So you're saying every black person in this country doesn't care about Bill Cosby?

You're wrong, It depends on the black person you ask. I'm black and I don't have a problem with him. However, all I have to say is that it's real easy to criticize and look down upon others when you are a famous millionaire (that's what Charles Barkley been doing lately "cough "cough". I'm not making excuses and some elements of the black communities in the inner cities are truly need some changes but to criticize the way he's done helps nothing. It was just going to stir up anger and resentments amongst some people.

You're mixing 2 different cases, the first person is accused of murder and who happened to be an official representative of the state, the other case is a civilian accused of rape ,not murder ?

So if you're trying to equate the 2, then you're plain wrong.

So again, are you someone in a position to give tests to us black folks? And if so, who or what ordained you to do so?
Not the OP so he can correct me if I'm wrong, but this is not a test. It's a valid question. If one person deserves to be tried in the court of popular opinion would the other? The problem I have with both cases is none of us are privy to the information we'd need to make an informed decision yet this does not stop the public from declaring some people guilty while others are left alone. It's a valid question.

Actually it's not. This would apply to any crime and the propensity of the public to declare some people guilty while others are given the benefit of a doubt. Why does one person get a pass while the other gets hung when the legal system hadn't charged either one of them? If there's not enough evidence to charge, why does anyone think the court of public opinion has a clue? In either case or any case in that matter. This is not a question of whether or not rape is worse murder. It's a question of whether the public has the right to declare anyone guilty when they have not even been charged with a crime. This is a very valid question.

Again, the OP can correct me if I'm interpreting this wrong.
