Yes I believe many patents have been bought out. You and I will not hear much about it.....as things currently exist. I understand fossil fuels are a more powerful energy supply......but it will run at a substantial cost to everyone. Why not make the changes now and leave a legacy for all of our children. Leave a planet worth living on....? Changes MUST come sooner than later.
Have you looked at applying for a patent? I have... IT IS NASTY! Your idea would not get anywhere.....unless "they" want it too. There is reason for an invention not to become "regular life"....if those in power lose money... it won't go anywhere...I promise you that!

Due to you lack of response on the Benzene issue I guess we can all assume you were talking out of your ass when you said "Benzene has been found in many peoples wells....".

Which technologies that can only be exploited by the patent holder for 20 years are you referring too? Certainly if this groundbreaking technology has been patented someone knows about it.

There is currently about 150 year supply of coal in the US which can be used for a variety of things including liquid fuels. Certainly a viable alternative can be found in that time .

Only can be searched IF the patent is granted. I can post links of Benzene found in wells near fracking sites...or you can just look for yourself, they are everywhere. Again I don't see the point....finite resource with infinite consequences. It does not make sense to continue on this path unless you take the $$ into consideration. It WILL run out in my kids, children's lifetime, given the growing rate at which the world's escalating population depends on fossil fuel. At that point the earth will be worth nothing.
