Its not that hard. The kid is wearing a book bag just got out of school listen to her words in the video and you can tell that is his mother. You really think he would let anyone else hit him like that was not his mom? None of my siblings or neighbors would dare do that.

Now she denies having said that, but her words are on the video, as Megyn Kelly at Fox News has it, and has played it.
She has been caught in a blatant lie, and she says, "It is very unfortunate that members of your industry decided to miss-characterize my words, and try to use it as a way to say that we are inciting violence.
This woman should resign from office immediately. To allow people to destroy property, and then lie about what she said, is unforgivable.
Further, this kind of protest is a clear violation of law. Freedom to assemble does not allow for stopping vehicles etc. This was unlawful assembly.
This raged out of control largely because of her mishandling of this entire incident.
The media reported the facts, which included her exact words. The media has not misquoted her.
The Mayor of Baltimore is not looking too good.
The problem is once the political leadership of a place uses its police force to carry out daily humiliation and dehumanization and violence against its own citizens, with no punishment or change forth coming from the state to stop that treatment, violence is inevitable given the right spark because the state is carrying out violence against its own citizens.
These actions by the state and the police delegitimizes the police and political leadership to those citizens.
You cannot have the state using its authority and power illegally against its own citizens without a hugely destructive outcome.
In the last 4years over 100 people have reached payouts or settlements with the city of Baltimore pertaining to police brutality or civil rights violations from the Baltimore police.
The problem is once the political leadership of place uses its police force to carry out daily humiliation and dehumanization and violence against its own citizens, with no punishment or change forth coming from the state to stop that treatment, violence is inevitable given the right spark because the state is carrying out violence against its own citizens.
