This truly is putting the cart before the horse.

What happens when the judge says, there is probable cause to move forward. Trial dates are.

Where is that story about the crushed larynx coming from? And while you're explaining such claims, maybe you can explain how Freddie Grey could yell for medical help in that van with that crushed larynx?

The medical examiner. Those aren't my claims, those are the claims of the medical examiner.

If you don't know all the details maybe you should read up on this horrific death.

He asked multiple times by the end of his 45 minute ride he was in cardiac arrest and critically injured.

How and when those injuries occurred, is the reason this case will be tried in the courtroom.

Good point! I was wondering about that as well.

The charge is 2nd degree "Depraved Heart Murder, not 1st degree Murder. He didn not have to intend to kill him under this charge.

HIs "Dabbling" in the Drug Trade, true or untrue, have no relevance in any of the charges anywhere in this. It can come up all it wants, but it won't in court.

When an individual ends up with a fractured larynx, it typically occurs once a direct force causes a break in the voice box. This is considered as a rare injury but potentially life-threatening and entails immediate medical attention. Remember that any form of fracture even a minor one entails medical care so that proper assessment and treatment can be carried out to facilitate the healing process.

What are the symptoms?

The symptoms of a fractured larynx typically include pain in the throat especially when the individual swallows. In most cases, the individual will have a hoarse voice or even lose his/her voice. There is also shortness of breath or coughing up frothy blood. In addition, there is also swelling in the front part of the throat in which the cartilage has been disrupted.

Not so. It could be from the same "Anonymous" Sources all you folks get your secrets from. Evidently they are "Trusted" sources for the Apologists that want a Police State, so they must have validity, right?

I don't discount the Daily Mail as a Tabloid. Some great UFO Stories come for papers like this, and we need them around.

IDK, which is why the Baltimore Six need to answer that one in the courtroom.
