In a statement late Wednesday, Waller County First Assistant District Attorney Warren Diepraam said, "The District Attorney's Office has full faith in the findings of the Harris County Medical Examiner's Autopsy and finding."

I would not be surprised if Sandra was raped or beaten in prison or
given a drug she was allergic to. The situation with the "faulty" autopsy
by the county is outrageous because they didn't say it was faulty until after
an independent autopsy was announced (pending results).
Moreover, there are lapses in the time of the video both on site and
in the jail.
This poor woman was abused by that policeman and possibly by other
policemen - and it cost her her life.
The policeman should lose his job forever without pay, and stricter
rules need to be implemented. Of course, a wrongful death suit and criminal
charges are also possible.
She should have simply been given a ticket for crossing lanes without signaling.
There was no reason to force her out of her vehicle, no reason to force her
to put out her cigarette, and no reason to bring her in except for the sadistic
cruelty of the officer who is the real criminal.
Again, the DA never said the autopsy was flawed, invalid or faulty.
And yes, Sandra Bland was this weak woman who wouldn't say boo to a squirrel. Please.

Being a liar doesn't necessarily make you a murderer. But if nothing else, being locked in a cell for three days for forgetting to signal when getting out of the way of a Police cruiser, would be a factor in the death of a depressed/suicidal person.
She was apparently known and labeled as an "activist" by authorities in Texas, so I wouldn't doubt that the County was discriminatory from the beginning.

Stating that people are speculating about something, doesn't mean you believe in it or are even speculating yourself.
I posted that to show the profound distrust of Police by many in society-which seems to only get worse as the days go by.

It's one thing to defend the cop, it's another to make things up.
It is against the law to assault a police officer and don't blame the mental state of people on the poor officer that has to deal with them.
