I already posted a Washington Post article about how the millennials have lower thinking abilities, math, literacy, and technological problem-solving skills than the prior generation.

GPA doesn't mean much, especially with rampant grade inflation.

No, as a old woman I think the majority of Millenials are a lot smarter than many of those older than they are.

Lmao, sorry that was funny as hell.

Western men are becoming a pathetic and beaten-down lot, no doubt about it.

LOL.

Look I can pull articles too!

Good Question: Are Today’s Kids Smarter Than We Were?

Smarter than ever?

Tests say Americans becoming more intelligent over the generations. How could that be?

Study challenges assumption that professors have become more lenient in evaluating students, or that their grades have less "signaling" power. Another researcher challenges paper as inaccurate.

I have more articles so I am clearly right.

I mean you're the one who thinks birth rates and medicaid rates are static....

Well hopefully they'll come back and change your diapers.

From your article.

Quote:
As of May, the data show 13.8 percent of 18- to 29-year-olds are out of work.
That is also leaving out the older millenials which are argued to go old as about 34 which if they included in their statistics would likely lower the rate of unemployed.

40% OF the unemployed are millenials, NOT 40% OF millenials are unemployed. Which means they are looking for work. Make sense when you consider we are going to be the next largest labor pool.

To those of you saying the Millenials will figure it out - I think you mean the special snowflakes will figure it out. The rest of the Millenials have figured it out.

Many of them are aware that in some fields having an undergraduate degree is similar to our generations high school degree, and unlike our generation, they're competing with the world and not just their community. They're going on to get advanced degrees so they can be competitive.

Honestly, they're my favorite group to work with. I love their creativity and enthusiasm and energy. It's infectious.
