. Intra-communal violence isn't relegated to just communities of color.
Never said it was.

So please be careful when you use the term Black-on Black violence or They need to patrol black neighborhoods because thats where all the crime is ..
They need to focus their attentions on any area where crime is prevalent, regardless of the race of it's inhabitants.

because you are subliminally stating that people of Africana descent are inherently imbued with violent tendencies that their white counterparts "don't have"
I implied no such thing, that's just what you chose to read in to my words. I don't believe that black people are genetically predisposed to criminal behavior, that's ridiculous. I do believe that black people are more disposed to crime however, as a result of external factors specific to their communities, not the least of which are poverty and lack of opportunity.

Police patrol black communities more heavily for one simple reason, that's where the crime is.
There are too factors in play, the POOR black communities are where a high number of PUBLIC crimes occur which makes them easy to report on and easy to make arrest, but it isn't the only place where crime is prevalent. There are as just as many murders and a whole lot of drug slinging in the white community, its just less public, harder to report and harder to make arrests.

It doesn't matter to Black Lives Matter, because they believe that even though there are black gang leaders killing people and selling drugs, their actions are a direct result of the white man's oppression, so the gang leaders Clinton was talking about aren't responsible for their own actions, according to BLM types.
Bill made a mistake in his reaction, he knows and has apologized for doing that. If one doesn't live it, it is hard at times to recognize how what one says can be seen as bigoted and insensitive to the reality that other people painfully live.
