False. There is nothing stopping people from using whatever bathroom they want now because that isn't a law anywhere. The figures on the door are not police officers there to inspect your genitalia before you enter. So feel free to use the opposite sex's restroom now if you like.

I think you can do whatever you want. However, if you want to follow said hot girl to rape her or kill her then you cannot claim discrimination - maybe claim insanity in your plea bargain if you are granted one. Some of you people are creepy. Shiver....
most likely gender neutral bathrooms will be designed so that the toilet stalls are more private than regular stalls with their halfway partitions, and the wash basins will be in a more public area with simple obscuring glass. That way there's no expectation of privacy at the sink and ppl won't be freaked out about seeing the opposite gender.
I've read that these pro-choice bathroom laws don't increase assault, harassment, or other types of crimes against women. My instinct, common sense, non-expert view can't see how that's true.
There must be nasty men out there who are deterred from entering a women's facility because they know somebody will complain, yell, call the authorities, something. Under these choose your bathroom laws, the burden is on the women, cops, DA to somehow prove the nasty doesn't sexually identify as a woman.

There have always been boys who wanted to wear dresses and play with their hair, but they were still boys. There have always been girls who wanted to wear pants and sport a brush cut, but still a girl. Something is wrong with adults that they want to alter the gender of children who do not fit into their stereotypical perception of boy and girl.
