I don't doubt that you are correct. However, the bigger issue is a legal system that refuses to hold them accountable.

Its black people who have stood up in the country, for our human rights, and by extension every other group has benefited from those rights, unless your group was the one taking our rights in the first place. Then others look down on our community after we went through all the struggles to make THEIR RIGHTS POSSIBLE that allows them to now flourish.

Framing this as a black-only problem and blaming whites doesn't help unite us all in a common cause.

Man, these cops are clearly not trained, whatever caused this officer to fire his weapon a single time? As if once would not be deadly enough, he fired three or four times! Too many cops who don't know what they are doing and have a shoot first mentality. So far this year I read that over 500 people in this country have been killed by the police.

Powerful stuff. Those cops involved, the people in charge, all the way up to the governor better be shaking in their boots right now.

Yeah...but keep making it about race and it will happen more and more.

Blacks are more often involved in crime in general. Generally the best way not to run into a crazy cop is not to keep running into cops

Think i am going to join hands with you when you keep making it about whitey?

Couldn't even make it past 2 minutes without wanting to cry.

That cop deserves the death penalty. Firing squad.

Well what did we expect? Police have gone from pillar of the community to public executioner. That means either the compensation goes up or the quality of the personnel goes down.

Cop in the Hood: Police kill white people, too

While the percentage of blacks killed is high compared with the black percentage in America (13%), it is low compared with other indicators of violence, such as the percentage of homicide victims and offenders believed to be African American (both 48%)

So in other words blacks are shot less often per crime committed....So if i ride the bus every other day while blacks get to ride every days I am getting a raw deal .Look like police are far more careless with other races than black.

So danged sad that in a country of 350 million this stuff happens so frequently and even more sad when you consider it getting worse before idiots even attempt to address the OBVIOUS causes.

Land of the Free and Home of the Brave? Either of those are no longer attributes you can claim with a straight face.

One demographic is free to get shot over a busted tail light and the other demographic is so afraid of a particular race they shoot first and apply logical reason later.

So sad....it's 2016 for crying out loud!
