what about when someone points a gun at this cop in your scenario? should he practice restraint by picking out a casket before going on duty?
What about when some cop points a gun at an unarmed civilian in my scenario. Should the civilian and the community the civilian is from allow this to happen without consequences for the cop?
And you think there are black guys who point and don't get killed too? Give me a break.
When people come on here justifying looting and violence as a CAUSE for a black gun brandishing thug getting shot. ... there is no sense talking about it.
You have a problem with the thug who committed a CRIME in this story? I haven't seen you once condemn THAT and the reason for that is it doesn't fit your AGENDA.
They can't help it. It runs in there blood line. There are a few blacks that post in the politics section but majority of the people in this section of city data are white male conservatives. We do have a few white supremacist on here too. This is America this type of stuff will never go away its embedded in the DNA of this country.
And you have what evidence to support your contention (other than opinion)? Ahh, none... Okay.
The problem with that is not because they are not guilty. Once again, the officers in the Tamir Rice case LIED. They lied. What was done? Nothing.
Those who break the law and are caught are charged. They are charged. Once again, they are charged. A cop does something and they get the system to cover for them.
Civil disobedience is something that the founders understood had to be allowed to flourish where need be.
It's why we got so many of our rights protected.
So exactly WHAT do the citizens of the neighborhoods that get burned down/looted have to do with anything you claim are the problems?
Go trash a police station (if you dare) or loot city hall if that's the solution you think is the way to get your point across but there's NO justification other than ignorance and childish lashing out for hurting those who have no control over anything you complain about.

is that what happened in this scenario? or are you playing a game of what if's?
Until that stops the courts are not viable options.
One option is NOT to riot and burn down buildings! I don't care what they think will happen in court. Rioting is not the answer. Courts are a viable option. There are many, including appeals courts and the Supreme Court. If BLM would try to reform the justice system, including paying for good legal defense for poor people, and getting public attention on injustice in a civil manner, then people would be much more willing to listen. But rioting is exactly the opposite of what they should do. If you want public opinion on your side, don't do that.
If it turns out he was armed and was pointing the gun at the cops like what happened with Korryn Gaines. Then he got what was coming to him as a suicide by cop.
Edit: He didn't point the weapon at cops. But was armed and running away from them for some reason
You didn't answer my question..
