Op, how do you know the ethnicity of the shooter? He could be an Arab, turkish, white, etc. They haven't even caught or identified him, so I think you're jumping to a conclusion that hasn't yet been verified.
If the shooter turns out not to be hispanic or even Arab what will that mean that the police reported what they did ? The photo could be of a Italian or a Israeli.
