The fact is that I made my mind up about Trump years ago. He's always been a swaggering bully with a simplistic and bombastic take on the issues.

I'm appalled.

Does it say anywhere in that statute anything about INTENT Mr. Mason?
Simply untrue as those entrusted with enforcing the statute have made clear. Simply is not applicable to the actions of a SofS in her role.

And repeating the argument does not make it any better.

Comey in fact was a far more friendly interpreter of the law than the RW had any right to expect. But even with a right leaning FBI guy it came out to exonerate Clinton.

'a pariah against truth' ?

You love Hillary. Love is blind. You can't see that her being at best 'extremely careless' in handling sensitive information put government secrets at unnecessary risk. She used her personal e-mail extensively while outside the United States, including sending and receiving work-related e-mails in the territory of sophisticated adversaries. She had SCIF areas in both her homes and didn't secure them. Though I could go on, your love is blind.

But Trump Is Worse. Clinton 2016

Stop making things up. I respect her accomplishments and recognize her superiority over Trump.

Making things up, by the way, is another form of lying, that old Trumpist standby.

Oh boy, now you're lecturing about jurisprudence. As an FYI, a prosecutor doesn't have to prove motive. And of course Hillary had the means and opportunity [secret information and a computer].

Don't fret, despite her recklessness, she'll soon be Madame President-elect.

Good thing that the prosecutors in this case understand jurisprudence better than you.
