Bush did not fabricate evidence to start a war. He was going by the same information that Bill Clinton had access to. Also, many democrats were making the exact same claims of WMD, even before Bush was president. I don't know how many times that has to be repeated.
You are mincing words. Everyone knows what happened. The evidence of WMDs was discredited before the invasion. Then after the invasion, there were no WMDs found.

I will always remember Bush onstage, looking around under furniture for the missing WMDs like it was some sort of goofy joke.
Bush and Cheney and that whole bunch of Republicans ought to be tried for treason.
I understand Obama's decision to move forward with winding down the wars and rebuilding the economy. But it still galls me that those men are walking free when so many are dead or wounded.
Good thing that the prosecutors in this case understand jurisprudence better than you.
The numbers are still too small to be considered indicative of anything significant afaic.
Still waiting for you to show where in the statute that it says anything about intent being needed for a violation, or, are you just adding it in like Comey did?...

I remember that and Rumsfeld too. On the late night shows cracking jokes because his wife kept asking where the WMDs were. The Bush team thought it was one big joke.
More self-ratifying nonsense. Wow. Trump supporters are really getting desperate as the advance information about how badly things are going for Trump start flooding in.
Oh, and evidently Trump supporters are just like Trump: Just like Trump thinks he knows more about the military than the Generals, Trump supporters think they know more about the law than the Director of the FBI. And they think that whenever the truth doesn't serve their corrupt narrative, that making it up is a legitimate option!

Jeez. You think all that is bad, try getting into a discussion about what the meaning of the constitution is with a Trump supporter and they are the foremost authorities. Better than the best law professors, better than the SCOTUS, better than the President who attended Harvard law school.
