If Trump follows through on his promise, you'll be the one doing the worrying. Believe that.

The funniest thing about this is that the left wingers really don't know they are being baited. Donald knows the vast majority of Americans would be in favor of throwing a piece of flag burning trash in jail. But we all know that we live in a nation of laws. I think Donald is trying to get liberals to go crazy over this and make themselves look worse than they already did. And he has the media dancing like monkeys to his tune again.

I bet Trump would burn an American flag if Warren Buffett or Bill Gates paid him enough to do it.

Jokes on him. His comments made on Twitter only make himself look like worse then he already has. Does he even understand how the Constitution works?

Another one that doesn't know they've been had. Why do you make it so easy for him?

The private prison sticks get a nice bump whenever Trump goes off on another law and order tangent.

Never mind SCOTUS settled the flag matter 27 years ago and it's lawful to destroy the flag.

So you are saying Hillary is not a liberal, but, oh my, Trump hero, Scalia was a secret liberal?

To be clear, Scalia opposed this, but Hillary tried to enact it as law.

Guess everything is not as black and white as knee-jerk liberal-haters think.

"...The idea that an act of protest could be offensive but nevertheless legal is apparently beyond Trump's limited understanding of the Constitution. But in the 1989 decision Texas v. Johnson, five members of the Supreme Court, including Scalia and Anthony Kennedy as well William Brennan, Thurgood Marshall, and Harry Blackmun, ruled that the First Amendment precluded criminal punishment of Gregory Lee Johnson for burning a U.S. flag during the 1984 Republican National Convention in Dallas..."

"...In 2005, Clinton co-sponsored the Flag Protection Act which, while it did not call for the stripping of citizenship, made flag burning with the intent to incite violence or disturb the peace punishable by a year in jail and a $100,000 fine..."
