It is dishonest to say all that was happening was the shooter is getting yelled at as far as this case is concerned.
I've seen absolutely nothing that says otherwise. Nothing.

He's been arrested and charged as will most everyone that does as you note.
It may very well be justifiable if he can prove he was threatened with great bodily harm, and it may have everything to do with stand your ground. Let him have his day in court.

So two drivers were yelling at each other while in their cars. One gets out and goes directly over to the other drivers window. Of course he's not being aggressive. He got out and went over to the other car only because he wanted the other driver to hear him better right?

What Gasser was arrested for and what I said are two different things and NO, no one will be arrested for doing what I said. Read the laws before you comment.

That's what the cop in NYC was charged for doing. This guy was arrested and charged. Seems I am not the only one that has a problem with what he did.
