I've seen absolutely nothing that says otherwise. Nothing.

I'll go you one better. You don't have to be punched in order to use lethal force. Someone coming towards you in an aggressive manner while threatening you is grounds for using lethal force.
He's been arrested and charged as will most everyone that does as you note.

Joe McKnight's Shooting Has NOTHING To Do With Stand Your Ground
It may very well be justifiable if he can prove he was threatened with great bodily harm, and it may have everything to do with stand your ground. Let him have his day in court.

You don't know that, maybe he was trying to break the window, if so, the shooter may have been justified.

Yes, they should have just charged Zimmermen with littering.

So two drivers were yelling at each other while in their cars. One gets out and goes directly over to the other drivers window. Of course he's not being aggressive. He got out and went over to the other car only because he wanted the other driver to hear him better right?

What Gasser was arrested for and what I said are two different things and NO, no one will be arrested for doing what I said. Read the laws before you comment.

That's what the cop in NYC was charged for doing. This guy was arrested and charged. Seems I am not the only one that has a problem with what he did.

So you are saying there was no aggression which seems to counter what you said above?
