Once again, why can't you understand the laws are different in these two states?

The laws vary from state to state.

No that's just you falsely testifying yet again in this thread.
Again The victim got out and went over to the other car only because he wanted the other driver to hear him better right? Nothing to see here, move along.

Nobody knows the extent of the aggressive actions by the perp before he was shot. Let's wait for more evidence. It really is not a good idea, especially in a Stand your Ground state, to pursue another vehicle and then walk up to the vehicles drivers side window. Yep, he might get judged by 12 but you may well be carried by 6.

It doesn't matter. You aren't going to be allowed to shoot people for coming up to your car (not that we even know if he did).

If the victim broke the window and was trying to hit or drag the shooter out of the car then shooting would be justified imo.

If the victim was just yelling at the guy, flipping him off or whatever and the shooter rolled down the window and shot him then off to jail he goes. Again, imo.

I don't know, my first instinct if someone came up to my car & started pounding on it is to.....drive away. I guess I'm sensible that way.

And if there's a wall of traffic in front of you... then what?

Per a link to a local news story upthread, it appears there is video evidence of Gasser trying to elude McKnight. That will certainly prove pivotal to the defense.

No one said you can shoot someone just for coming up to your car except you.
