A fine fix y'all got yourselves in. I bet the Forefathers never saw this one coming.

Now what do you do? Fall back on the SCOTUS to make a determination or make up some new rules?

If all this is true - given that he's not sworn in yet - is there any precedent or policy on what happens if the President Elect is found to have colluded with a foreign power for the purpose of getting elected? Pence would not have been elected without Trump, and Trump is potentially not fit for office. (I mean legally, I know he's not fit.)
If the president-elect can not or will not serve as president, then the vice-president elect (Mike Pence) would step in and be sworn in as POTUS on inauguration day.

Is there even a good enough case against Trump to strip him of his nomination???

All 8 members, evenly divided.

Trump will be sworn in on the 20th - even if video emerges of Trump and Vladimir Putin is the only guest.

It's HIGHLY illegal to get help from a foreign nation to get elected to a government position so yeah, if all of this is confirmed to be true, congress could very well start hearings to strip him of power.

Trump could also face serious charges but that would be up to the DoJ.

What would make this any different than Hillary's ties to Russia?

Meh.

Talk to me when something is found to be true. Fun thing to discuss and argue, but its a distraction from the actual intelligence we do have.
