"Now that gays can get married what other "LGBT rights" are needed according to leftists?"

Getting married isn't a special right; it's an equal right.

Exactly, why do the democrats keep peddling division. And why add W, I, and A to LGBT. Why are asexuals an oppressed class? Is qu--r a gender?

This is nothing more than a variation of racial identity politics.

I'm old enough to remember when "racial identity politics" was called "civil rights".

Precisely. This is why I lie all the time when I use the pronoun "she" instead of "he" so I don't hurt your straight people's delicate feelings about this.

Sure, but that was another era when blacks were truly oppressed.

Now the democrats keep adding letters to LGBT which is now LGBTQIA.

And now we have more racial classifications than the old South Africa.

Classifying every person as a human is better than classifying them as black, white, brown, Hispanic, Latin, Asian, mixed, white non-hispanic, white Hispanic, etc. By definition this activity divides people into groups. And every group is supposed to have a community with stereotypical behaviors and different goals. This is very divisive!!

Martin Luther King said the color of skin was not important. People should be judge by their character.

BTW, the obsession with racial identity politics lost the election for Hillary.

You're right. Rural and suburban whites came out and voted for their identity politics.

I want them to receive the same consideration as anyone else when trying to adopt.

This might already be the case, but if it isn't, it's something I feel should be the case.

Civil rights apply to everyone, not just certain groups of people. That's what makes them civil rights.

In a perfect world, he's right. We're not there yet. Hence the need for laws to protect civil rights.

At least in m corporate world, gays are treated like a protected class and get away with saying this most woild be fired for. There's a gay dude on my floor who I swear does nothing but gossip with the girls. Calls them "*******" and is constantly telling stories about his nights out . . .of course his manager is afraid to say anyhting
Everywhere I've worked, gay people were treated the same and acted the same as everyone else.

I think this is generally the case. You may have experienced a unique situation, so I'm not denying that has happened. In some situations gay people may have been treated better, but I'm sure there are situations where white people are treated better, black peoples are treated better, women handicap, etc. these unique situations are just that, unique, and they don't define the rest of the country.
