What if the woman doesn't have thousands of dollars to pay attorney fees......and.....I wonder how old the kid would be by the time the rapist's parental rights were finally terminated? Two/three years old?

VS

A comparatively inexpensive medical procedure that is over in minutes.

If a man is worried about what a woman might do with his precious little swimmers, he should wear a condom or get snipped.

Adoption agencies cover birth, attorney, etc., expenses.

So... in your world, women have no responsibility to control their fertility. How very narrow-minded and pre-1950s of you. /puke

Isn't that what you're fighting against? The notion that women are incapable of controlling their own fertility?

Terminating parental rights is never a slam dunk. What happens then?

Besides, no woman should have to carry a pregnancy against her will, ESPECIALLY a pregnancy brought about by rape.

Seriously, do you hate women?

Do you really want the government to force women to carry and give birth to the results of rape?

I don't think anyone really buys this kind of faux concern trolling.

No man should be forced to be a father against his will, particularly by a lying woman.

This cuts both ways.

BC does not have a 100% success rate, that is why a woman's right to abort it so important.....so she CAN control her fertility.

And yes, choosing to abort an unplanned, unwanted pregnancy IS taking responsibility.

How about forcing a man to be a father when he doesn't want to be?

Just ask any male single professional athlete the lengths they have to go to to avoid getting trapped for 18+ years of very expensive child support by lying, scheming, conniving women who say they're on the pill, their tubes are tied, their diaphragm is in, etc., etc., etc.

This cuts both ways. Don't pretend it doesn't.
