Sounds more like "a support program for Deeps in the Sticks Southern, Rural and Back Woods incest"... I guess they want to make sure they have access to another generations of their self produced offspring's. heck, they probably have a measure included that give them unrestricted access to certain type of livestock as well. because its's quite likely bestiality is next on their considered options for the pleasure quest activities. I'm sure they will next be focused on shooting for the age of 9 as being the age of consent with covenants, that it must be a relative within no more than 1st or 2nd cousin range. because outside of second cousin, its all considered fair game...

Wouldn't he have to be notified to pay child support? How would that work otherwise?

This cuts both ways.

If you do not want to be a parent take precautions yourself instead of leaving it all up to the other person.

Biology is not fair. Take that up with Mother Nature or whatever god you happen to believe in.

Women have the option to abort, men don't.

Women have to bear all of the pain and risks of pregnancy, men don't.

Once a child is born, BOTH the man and the women are equally responsible for it.

If you can figure out a way to make everything even-Steven, let's hear it.

Just ask any male single professional athlete the lengths they have to go to to avoid getting trapped for 18+ years of very expensive child support by lying, scheming, conniving women who say they're on the pill, their tubes are tied, their diaphragm is in, etc., etc., etc.

This cuts both ways. Don't pretend it doesn't.
They were "trapped" because the female didn't use birth control?.

This is about a rapist, having rights over another person they have carried out a crime against.
The law, is forcing the "rights" of the criminal over the victim.

And you think that's evening the playing field?

Well, when men incubate babies in their ball sacks and shoot them out their d*cks then they will be in charge of surgical decisions regarding said babies.

If athletes are so worried about women lying to them, guess what?....they have options other than believing a one night stand when she tells him "not to worry".

No wonder so many athletes make millions yet end up dead broke.....they aren't the sharpest tools in the shed, are they? LMAO

After the birth, yes. Before the birth, he should be given a choice to opt out, just like women women have the choice to abort.

Cause God forbid men take some person responsibility and use some form of birth control as well.
Why would they not? Who knows what else she might be lying about, if the relationship isn't strong enough to trust that the woman is taking birth control, both parties should be doing whatever needs to be done to protect themselves.
