I'm a "liberal," I guess, for lack of a better description. I don't have a degree. I don't look down on anybody because of their education level. I went to college and dropped out.

It's possible to be an autodidact, though. College isn't the only place to learn and get "educated."

Seems like a lot of insecurity, honestly. I don't really give a rip what anyone thinks. Undies are loose as a goose and unbundled. Baggy, even! Hanging down to my knees, my underpants are.

Guess it's just another example of liberal hypocrisy
Liberals see other white people are seen as rivals to be put down, while minorities are seen as pet causes to be adopted.

Denying agency - claiming your own actions and attitudes are entirely the result of evil that others do to you - is a type of human nature often cultivated by the left, as your post illustrates.

LOL. I'm an engineer. I haven't seen anyone design a circuit, bridge, building, etc. with a degree in sociology.

So why do conservatives look down on college-educated Americans - - if we're going to do the sweeping generalization thing?

Because they are snobby, elitists who think they are "smarter" then anybody else because they have a sheet of paper sign by some college employee who probably never had a real job.

Not sure about engineers, but lots of doctors and lawyers start out in the humanities or social sciences. Some years ago the University of Pennsylvania was telling students who were looking to get into their medical school to take more humanities classes.

Participate in? Lol.

The Left WALLOWS in identity politics like a fat man in a pool of chocolate pudding.

Do we know that? All statistics I've seen recently show the Democratic party being far more educated than the Republicans. Party affiliation among U.S. voters: 1992-2016 | Pew Research Center (from AminWi)

Of course, this isn't any reason to "look down on" someone else - but you might want to get your facts straight.
